Default 2007 engine swap throttle sensor issues

2007 se 5-speed
A bad crank seal went unrecognized and of course I threw a piston rod right through the block. Did an engine swap using an automatic with 25k miles. Married the tranny fine. Swapped ALL the parts from the bad block to the newer one. Car starts but idles low. Feathering the accelerator will bring the engine up to rpms and it sounds beautiful. Problem is it likes to stall out when letting off back to idle. I have moved the car a few feet but under what feels like "limp" mode as there is no power. The car will stall out if it goes up even the smallest incline or tiny pothole. The only codes I have gotten are every code for throttle sensors. These were the first parts I swapped out from the old block. Since then every part has eventually been transferred thinking the computer was having a hard time recalibrating. But to no avail.

Brought it to 3 specialists (not ford dealership certified mind you, but they each have been doing cars for over thirty years steady). None of them can figure out the problem. This is why I'm here. I'm hoping someone somewhere has had this experience and solved it. I'm at my wits end and about to push it off a cliff to collect the insurance.

I love this car, its the best car I've ever owned. I want to keep it for as long as I can. I'm hoping someone has a clue about this problem.

Could you provide the exact codes you are receiving?
Swapping engines today is not like swapping in the past. Calibrations vary from year to year and even among the same years and same models. The safest way to do it is with exact same years, models and same as built. Let's see if maybe we can uncover what is happening.

Right now I can't. Its with the third specialist. It threw off at least 6 codes all referring to throttle body. The only difference in the engine is that it was automatic married to a 5-speed. That was fine. Everything else is exactly the same. I can get the codes but it will be a while.

What we do not know is;
How long those codes were in there. Could they not have been erased by the other people working on the vehicle? Many times codes are installed in the process of checking function and operation depending on what the person did.

After the swap and running the engine for a time, these codes popped up. No one else touched my car until I gave up trying to fix it. These codes were still present after each battery disconnect for piece swap. Every component from the original engine had been swapped out one at a time until they were all on the block, figuring into account mA issues for the main cause. When I gave it to each mechanic they all came to the same failure so far. There was even one guy who said he wouldn't touch it for "10 grand." I just hoped someone would have had experience with this and can at least point me in a direction. Until the codes are posted here, I guess no one will really be able to help? I'll try to get them as soon as possible. I had them written down but I don't know I my wife threw them out or what.
