Default 2005 Battery going dead

My 2005 mustang v6 will sit for a week and the battery will go dead. The battery is new and the charging system is working. Something is draining the battery after sitting for awhile. Anyone else having this issue? The other day It was sitting in the garage and it had a slight clicking noise cumming from under the hood. Sounded like a relay clicking.

Shaker radio system. This has been a problem with those. When you have the radio on and turn the car off, for some reason it drains the power. Best solution for the time being is before turning the car off, turn the radio off. I am not sure if there is a TSB for this problem, but there should be.

Thanks! I'll try it. It does have the shaker system in it.
I've posted on several other mustang forums and haven't gotten any responses and see others with similar issues.

Thanks again....

No problem. I would call your dealer and see if they know of a tsb for this poblem. That way it can be fixed for free.

The only other solution is replace the Shaker system to aftermarket. I never had this issue as I got the basic radio because I knew I would replace the system anyways.
