Hi im working on a swap Of motor from a ford cougar 87 with a 5.0 l to a mustang 87 with a 4 cylinder 2.3 in it im wandering if i need to change the fuel pump from de cougar to the mustang and if i need to swap the diff from the cougar to the mustang and im more worry about the wiring Of the dash off the mustang if its gonna plug right into the plugin off the computer ove the cougar if some one have a idea ove the question ??

 

most likely no. you might have to use the wiring harness off of the couger along with the pcm. sounds like someone is gonna have a bunch of splicing wires to make it work properly. welcome to the sight
