Default realy hard miss around 40 and 50 mph

i am not sure whats wrong i have 1999 ranger 3.0 flex fuel engine. between 40 and 50 mph the truck seams to have a really hard miss the truck starts jerking really hard. its stops when i eccelerate to sixt7. it only seems to happen between 40 and 55. any help with this would be appritiated oh the truck has about 110 k mileage

hmmmm... i would have the fuel system and the electrical system (ie plug wires distributor and what not) looked at. i would have to drive it to say for sure.
