Default Radiator and condenser fan one in the same?

I have a 92' Ford Ranger with 2.9 V6. Does the plastic cooling fan cool both the condenser and radiator on my make and model? I notice that the fan runs continuously regardless of warm or cold weather. I was under the impression that it is not supposed to run 100% of the time. The plastic fan was replaced, but I don't think the fan clutch has ever been replaced.

What are the implications of this on A/C performance and engine temperature?

Thanks,
Dave

i dont believe so but i might be wrong. i think that is two different things but again i might be wrong. when you run your ac it will bring the temp up on your truck a little bit but if you are on normal roads and not mountains and real steep hills and what not you should be fine.
