I have a 2007 automatic V6 that I purchased in fall of '07 and now have 20,000 miles on. The ST has been in the shop several times because of an issue with the tranny. They say that can't fix it and it is normal? Do any others have the following problem:

When I get in after it has been sitting for a little while (more than a couple of hours) and drive off slow, like going through the parking lot at work, it wants to bump on me. They say it is shifting hard in and out of 1st and 2nd because it is trying to figure out what I want to do. I've had several new vehicles and have never experienced this before, they say it is the new adaptive learning. Sometimes it is more exaggerated than others, sometimes throwing me back in my seat. It only does it for a few seconds, then when warm it doesn't do it again.

Any thoughts before I use the lemon law?
