Default Engine Problem

I have a 04 Explorer sporttrack 4.0L V6 SOHC. While driving the other night the engine started to run rough so I got it home as quick as possible. I had trouble codes telling me the #5 cylinder wasn't firing and I tested and had almost no compression. I took off the valve cover and discovered that the exhaust roller rocker on #5 cylinder had come off as well as it's lash adjuster had come out. After looking at the roller rocker I discovered it had way too much play in the bearing so I replaced it and the lash adjuster.

After reassembly I had some ticking noises so I did and engine flush and then did an oil and filter change. I ran the vehicle for twenty minutes or so and with no more ticking I shut it off. After letting the vehicle cool off for a couple of hours I tried starting it again and then it felt like two cylinders weren’t firing. I would take off the valve cover again but it is pouring outside now.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
