Default 02 Taurus - Loss of Power

The check engine light is on P01132 and P01152. I have replace the plugs, wires, fuel filter and pvc valve. When I hit the gas it drive fine until I get to about 30 mph them it doesn't want to go any faster and the rpms only get higher while sucking down gas. I have had the rear cat checked and it is not clogged.

The engine appears to be running very rich.
Were the plugs all very black when you removed them?
If that is the case, chances are the converter has been overheated and possibly damaged. How was the cat converter checked?
The codes are involving both upstream O2 sensors.
All this may be the result, of a different problem.

Only the rear converter was checked and it was clear. How can I check the front one?

On the plugs. I had them done so I didn't see them.

There is an tube on the EGR and it has a stem coming off it and whistles especially when I hit the gas.

This is what I think is happening & I could be wrong.
The whistle you are hearing is a vacuum leak, the computer is trying to compensate for it and in the meantime the engine is getting too much fuel and the oxygen sensors are indicating that.
I believe if you correct the source of the leak, the whistle, everything should be OK.
You will have to give the computer time , a few trips, to relearn the new settings after the leak is corrected.
Let's hope you don't have an exhaust restriction.
