2004 Taurus gas mileage
I bought a 2004 Taurus V6 with 90k miles on it recently. It can only run 18 miles/gallon hwy and local combined. This is the first time I have Taurus, but I would think it should run around 23 miles/gallon. I brought it to a mechanics and was told changing spark plugs and fuel filter could help. I did both and the air filter looks clean. But the gas mileage is still the same after I done all above. Any one have suggestions. Thanks.Laobar
