Glad you figured out that TPS is for Throttle Position Sensor. I've seen a lot of the TPS issue mainly in vehicles that drive pretty much consistent speed in city driving. I first experienced it myself (seems like eons ago) in our old 1983 Mid Sized LTD.

A new TPS may or may not resolve your problem. You can use a Digital Volt Meter and Ohm out the pins to see if you can detect a short (0 Ohms) in the TPS. Or just go ahead and throw a new TPS on. The TPS is mounted with only 2 screws and 1 electrical connector.

It looks like the rear hubs are a complete assembly. There are two different hubs depending on the application.

If you have a vehicle with 4WD you need part number 8F9Z-1104-A, this part works on both the LH and RH side. We have it available for sale here: #8F9Z1104A: Hub. Hub & bearing. HUB & BEARING ASSY. Hub assy.
