My 2007 Ford Taurus has a front end wobble/bounce concentrated on the right side. I thought maybe a wheel balance would help, but upon changing the tire it is still happening. It happens only at low speeds, once I hit around 40 mph the ride smooths out. Any suggestions? I would like a heads up before I take it to a mechanic.

 

When ever I've had this problem it's been bushings, tires worn in a scallop pattern or both.
