I meant to say one tooth on gear is mostly destroyed. All I could buy was the speed sensor itself. (3.0 liter, 17 bolt tranny) The 19 bolt version comes with the plastic gear. Does anyone know if gear is sold separately? I cannot find one shown on any of the auto part online stores. Oreilly just had the sensor. You had to use the old gear again.

Thanks...

A few years ago I bought one that came with a new gear at NAPA. I can say they still offer it but it is worth a shot. If they don't have it, ask if you can buy the gear separately.

Those gears are generally a dealer item.
