Default Running Lights

I have a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited. I am somewhat disappointed with the lights on the car. High beam only makes a difference if there are white lines on the right side of the road. Country roads and city streets without lights are terrible and any sudden curves are hard to see. I was wondering if the lower running lights can be installed on the car and if so, where may a person pick up a kit?

Got the problem solved. Took it to the Ford place in town. Young lady in the service department looked at it. There was black tape over the sensor on the dash so the auto switch would keep the headlights on all the time. Took the tape off. Now the headlights come on as it gets dark, but during the day the speedometer is as bright as it can be. Thanks to the little lady at the Ford place!
