Hello everyone, new guy here. I recently acquired a 1987 T-bird with the 5.0L motor and was running fine. Then one day my son says it loses all it's power above 20mph. He then took it to Aamco because they do free diagnostics and they said it's either because the TV cable is broken or the tranny is slipping but wouldn't dig into it further. So my question is how to I replace the TV cable? Is there a good place on the internet to learn about this particular body style and how to fix things on them? Thanks.
