Default 64 Thunderbird Ball Joint Cups

Here are a few pictures of how I am converting my 64 Thunderbird to disc brakes. The lower ball joints and spindle fits a 76 Thunderbird. For the cups ($70), spindles ($50), welding/fabrication ($60) and postage ($13) I've spent $193. I still have to get new brake calipers and rotors. If I could weld and wasn't the first person they had to make cups for, I think I could have saved at least $75. Was is worth it, you decide?

It doesn't sounds like a bad deal to me. Post pictures when you're finished with the conversion. Welcome to the forum!
