This car is my baby there were only 20 made just like this one with the limited edition color. specific rims, upgraded brakes, lighting system, twin turbo and the upgraded short throw transmission. This car will be with me till the day I die. She is named after my girlfriend lindsay who is a beautiful tall italian girl.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
stock: "RENESIS" rotary motor 232hp 9000RPM red line rev. 1.3 liter engine. It has been upgraded to include twin PROCHARGER turbos made by turbonetics. as well as an upgraded fuel management system. high end spark plugs and wires. and a cold air intake to feed the turbos. finally a 3 inch exaust system to add more HP and free flow. totally hitting power to the RHW around 465hp. will run 11.28 seconds in the quarter mile! it also has a 3 stage intake system and electronic throttle system for incredible accuracy. all while weighing less then 170 pounds!!
Suspension Modifications:
suspension is provided by on the rear and front tranny bracing by beat rush. also for the rear differential. the springs, and coilovers are all by TEIN. that are electronically adjustable to lower or heighten the ride. and can also be set to auto adjust to a "cig pack" off the ground at higher speeds if necessary. but it can also be set up to ride like a high end mercedes. this was done because stock it was like a hard riding chuck wagon. The sway bars are all eibach carbon fiber for lighter suspension. Also the engine cross members are filled with urethane
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
rims are still the stock alloy rims. however my tires are brand new and have 25 miles on them.225/45R18 91YRF BMW is the size they are the new Pirelli Cinturato P7 run flats. and have been setup for running in a rainy environment since I spent alot of time on the florida coastal areas. These tires have been my favorite brand since Ive had my 1998 eclipse. I can tell you yes they are 250 bucks a tire. but worth every penny and will last 100k miles!
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
on the inside I have the 3 different material Alcantre seats which include leather and suede with ported centers and are heated and air conditioned seats. the seats are tan and the stitching is bright red. both seats also are electric and have lumbar support. the stereo has been upgraded to all alpine DVD/nav system I have the INE-W927HD. (currently tryin to find the factory navigation pop up system HARD!) the speakers are all still bose however in center of the back seats there are 2 alpine 4 inch aftermarket 200 watt class D speakers custom molded into fiberglass with a port in the middle for the subs. In the trunk I have a planet audio 3000/1 monoblock amp. powering 3 rockford fosgate P3 subs in a sealed custom box. the amp is ran to the RCA output on the stereo. the amp is boosted by a 15 farad capacitor to keep the strain off the battery. All the wiring is provided by rockford fosgate. The power cable is ought gauge as well as the ground cable. it also has a 300 amp fuse. inside the car I have a monitor that keeps an eye on the heat of the amp and system stability to make sure nothing over heats. I also have a pillar that has 3 guages. the guages are all phantom electric by auto meter. the guages are for air/fuel ratio. boost for the turbo. and oil temp. where the cigarette tray used to be is guages to. which monitor the interior cabin air pressure to make sure my subs to bust the windows. (happened in my old car) a interior temperature gauge. and finally distance between me and the guys car behind me. I hate tailgating.
Future Modifications:
I want to have a heads up display. I want to have a nice ram air hood. aftermarket blitz body kit. Id like to have electric lambo doors. high end iphone powered security system, bigger turbos, side mount exausts that come out beside the rear tires to look meaner. side air vents made of carbon fiber instead of the plastic stock ones. LED lights to surround the headlights like mercedes new cars. a underbody color changing glow kit. a new cover for the engine made with my name engraved in it. and finally. if its ever possible Id like the car to become a ttop or convertible hard top with a stability area. then i would never want any other car.
