OK so i am at a toss up between a 331 a 347 or a 351 on my bronco, I built a 337 for my old f-150 and it dyno'd at 350hp and 415 lb/ft and i was wanting to add a supercharger to it but i couldn't finnish it due to some persolal issues about 10 years ago, but now i have an 89 bronco with a 5.0 and i want to get 500 hp out of it. I want to add a blower for the possibility of getting more, oh and a bottle for when the other guy thinks im tapped out. I have heard mixed reviews about a 347 and then people ramble about displacement is better blah blah blah. Now that im older and wiser (I think I am) I want to get at least 12 mpg average on this thing and keep the emissions clean because we have smog here so it all has to be 50 state legal (stupid california, always ruining fun times). I have the truck with the whole thing torn apart for long travel suspension, but the engine is the last thing now because im ready for this step. Please give me some direction, I'm lost.
