Default No Middle on Steering

I have a 2005 ford F-250 and have some problems with with my steering. Periodically, my steering has no middle bouncing from left to right? Like, It hard to pull left and jump quick, tried to bring it back to right side and same.

I though it was my steering damper and replace it, but ketp doing this Periodically.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible there is a problem with the belt tensioner allowing the belt to slip?

Also check the little universal joints in the steering shafts. They will "freeze" up and cause that also.

there would be a problem with the ball joints or steering box, why dont you get them checked once.
