Default Shaking gauges HELP

Ok my battery died on my truck over the winter. I recently changed it now my gauges and everything on my dash is shaking and truck won't do anything. No radio it turns on but nothing comes out. Windows work. Won't crank just crazy gauges. Please help!!!

I had a similar issue happen to mine and it turned out to be the battery dying because my alternator was bad. Any of the local auto stores can test it for you. The one thing I've learned since getting my truck was that you always assume its the most simple thing until you prove that wrong xD
