Default E350 Tire Air Pressure Issue

I recently lowered the tire pressure from the factory setting recommendation on my 2010 E350 to improve the ride. This has caused the tire pressure warning light and message to come on. Is there any way around this? The recommended tire pressure provides a really harsh ride. I really don't want to drive around with the warning light on all the time

As far as I know, there is no way to reset the computers to allow this to happen. It is a federally mandated setting the manufactures have to follow through NHTSA.

The air pressure is monitored by the (higher then standard car) TPMS sensors in the tires, and if it gets too low (or there is a large difference between the tires), the light comes on.
The air pressure should always be set to recomended. It maximizes tire life and handling.
The E-350 wasn't known for it's wonderful ride anyway. It is a mover of weight or whatever.
Could it have some kind of problem that creates a harsh ride (shocks, possible alignment issue, etc?)
