door chimes on car will not stop beeping "EVER" keyless entry, do not want to cut wires I can not turn tunes up louder to get rid of beeping drives me CRAZY Help Thanks Jeanna

Sometimes car will not start. battery,starter are good when this happens there is no dome light, clicking nothing no juice whatsoever sometimes it is just fine makes a liar out of me.HELP Thanks Jeanna
