Can someone help me? i Have a 94 ranger splash 4x4 and the clutch is almost new but it doesnt release until the top of the pedal. Is there any way to adjust where it releases? and if so how?

burnsey,
There is a rod that pushes the piston of the master cyliner of the cluth. It is located under the dash. This will help lower the cluth padle, by reducing the lenth, but may cause lot more slack at the top. You can also adjust the cluth stop pad and/or starter safety switch, so that you don't have all the loose slack at the top.
Good luck
