Hi I'm new here.
I have a 1999 E-350 Super Duty cargo van. Can someone tell me how I can adjust the Emergency Brake?

OK, I figured it out. For any of you who are looking to adjust the e brake there is an oval shaped rubber plug on the inside of the back wheels. If you pull the rubber plug out you'll see the sort of star wheel adjustment nut just like on the old drum brakes.
The passenger side is the easiest to adjust as it sits on the lower part of the wheel. On the driver side it's sitting at the top and is a PITA to access. Use a long screwdriver to get in there.

I'd prefer to call them park brakes
