RE: Whistle noise, except when turning. - 5/24/2007 5:18:06 PM    Gary0520   Posts: 2 Score: 0 Joined: 6/9/2006 Status: offline T2004 - That is exactly the problem I had.  It would start up after driving for about 20 minutes.  Of course it wouldn't happen when it was at the dealers either.  The TSB's are 17892 and 041613.  There is a link at the topof the page for Ford TSB's.  It will take you to all of the bulletins.  You will have to subscribe to download the bulletin but it was money well spent.  Good luck.
