So someone stole my driveshaft and everywhere i call for a new one needs the transmission type. they ask me c6 or fmx or a bunch of other stuff i don't know what they're talking about. How do i determine what type of transmission i have? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

probaly easiest thing to do is count the number of bolts in the Tranny oil pan,,, Also draw a picture of what the oil pan looks like also, so you can match up what they tell you ,,, Sometimes the parts guys make mistakes too LOL !!!!! . Then go to the local auto parts store an they can match that up for a gaskit/ filter set -- An tell you what kinda tranny you got--- its probaly a C6,,,, ( stole your driveshaft ? )
