Do you feel special driving the pony? It seems everywhere I go, city or highway, people stare at my black v6 05. People on the highway move out of my way quickly, even though I don't pressure or tailgate them. I feel like I'm gliding on ice when on the highway; sometimes doing the speed limit and many times driving fast but safe. This car makes me sooooooo happy! There is something special about this American icon that people respect. Hell man, I feel like it's too good to be true! Will it get better when the 2010 Pony is unveiled? Ford really outdid itself with the retro high tech God!!!

nope didnt feel anything driving a mustang (especially since it had a v6) there are two cars that i felt special driving

1970 chevelle ss 454, blown, 150 shot of nitrous, and all the little due dads. actually smoked some little punk with a mustang.

lightning svt (not really one stock thing on the motor)

around here all there really are is punks that drive mustangs. and around here also people have to earn respect not get it by driving a certain car.

not to jump on your ass just that i just woke up and am a little growly.

I like my Mustang alot. I feel as if I get more looks . I wouldn't call it respect but people do tend to notice you more.

Coyote, if I had a Lightning, I'd feel special too! That, and the Ford GT are my dream cars! Do you still have it?(the SVT)

Just woke up and now off to the titty bar, sounds like it was a big day.

I enjoy my Mustang GT a lot. No, it isn't the fastest car. No, it doesn't have the most HP. It is, however, an extremely fun car to drive. It also does draw a lot of looks and similar behavior on the road as Dreamer 1967 stated. I love it!

LMFAO!!! Posting while intoxicated! Thank god for the edit button huh? If you can't remember what happened it must have been pretty damn good, as long as your @ss doesn't hurt!

Just today I was going to pick my wife up from work, and a little Civic hatch back was revving and trying to get my attention, I didn't give him the time of day at first. He finnaly pissed me off after about 2 miles or so, I finally rolled my window down and told him "I got more horses in my spare tire than you've got in your whole car!" He got pissed and told me to "eat a d!ck" LOL F'in ricers, some of them are sure retarded. In summary, if I hadn't been in my Mustang, I wouldn't have gotten that attention.
