I am the proud new owner of an 06 XLT supercab. Just picked it up on 6/29 and it just hit 300 miles.

One thing I have noticed and i'm curious about:

-On the AC expressway I cruising at 80mph and there was a vibration. Just a little vibration that was annoying. The road is relativly smooth and the tires are stock General Ameritrac. Is this normal???

I can't wait to get some more $$ coming in so I can mod it a little bit with a CAI and exhaust and maybe some new wheels and grille to set it off.

Take it to the dealer for the vibration issue. There are 2 differant issues with vibration with the new style F-150.

yeah, mine is a 06' xlt supercrew and when i bought it it had 3 ameritrac tires badly worn and 1 new bridgestone dueler a/t revo. when i drove it home it shook really bad at 65 and up, but then i bought 3 new bridgestone dueler a/t revo's so now i have 4 new bridgestones and the shaking stopped completely, but when i get to 70 it shakes a tiny tiny bit but i cant tell if its just the road or my truck, see these tires are awesome and grip the road like nothing and i cant tell if the tires are just picking up the little bumps or if its my truck. anyone got any suggestions? thanks.

also another probem i have is when im driving down the road and i hit bumps , i look in my mirrors and i notice the bed shaking when i hit bumps. it shakes mainly by the taillights but the whole bed shakes, i can hear it shake but its not like a rattling, its just like if you hit the bed it vibrates and you can see it vibrating. i looked over the bed of the truck and i notcie that the metal is thin and that it looks like it is thin enough to vibrate and carry the vibrations throughout the bed and cause it to shake easily. is it normal for the bed of a truck to do that? what could cause this, thanks for the help.

There is a TSB on the beds rattling. Yours may begin to if it's shaking. You may want to ask the dealer about it.
