Hi all, my friend has a 94 Escort 2 door and she went to start it today and the wipers are stuck on high. When you move the switch up and down on the steering column nothing happens, or when you rotate to adjust the speed nothing happens either. But when you pull it towards you for the washer fluid, washer fluid will work. It was raining very hard last night when she got home and she left them on when she shut the car off. I checked the fuse and its good, and tried just about everything aside of tearing it apart to try and fix it. Is their something Im missing or is the switch bad? If the switch is bad how hard is it to replace? Any help at all would be appriciated. Thanks.
