How come the fuse on my instrument cluster keeps popping? I have tried to swap out the instrument cluster with one that I got at the junk yard, but this one too keeps popping. Any ideas?

Very carefully inspect the wiring harness that goes to the cluster. Sometimes you will find wiring that rubs through certain areas under the dash.

Is there anything else that shares this fuse? If so I would look there too.

Good point forgot about the shifter lever it also has a light on it that is connected to the same circuit as the instrument cluster. I think.
