My daughters 1999 Ranger rear sliding window is leaking. I understand the window is bolted in, can anyone tell me where the bolts are located and how to access them. I assume they are under the interior panels but I don't want to take out panels that I don't have to. Has anyone on here ever had to remove one of these and can tell me how is the easiest way to remove the panels without messing them up. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Come on guys, has anybody have this happen to you and what did you do to fix it.
Bryan, I would take it to a glass shop that replaces windshields and ask them if they can fix it and how much. Good luck

Thanks, cctxfish, I was hoping someone on here might have run into this problem before. I'm hoping we can do the job ourselves. If we can I will at least come back and post any problems we ran into just in case someone else has the same problem later. Thanks for your time guys.

Unless the wheather seal (stripping) is going out and or rotted dont take it to a glass shop. My friends 93 ranger and my 97 B3000 had the same prob. Go to your local auto parts store and they should carry silicone that is specifically for that problem. It works!!!
