Anything bigger like a 315 would most likely rub.. The 265's are a 31.5-32 I believe depending on brands.. "YET" ..Could be wrong though :) The 285/70/17 is a clean fit in that MY.. If you do go alot wider on rims, or much taller tires, you may have to do a slight lift, like 2" or leveling blocks for fit.. These trucks sit nose down in the front and would have to be leveled to go to a 9"wide rim or greater to avoid rubbing up front..
