Mark Martin, but if it weren't for bad luck, he wouldn't have any luck at all! He should have won the Cup several years ago but lost it because of a very controversial penalty for an intake manifold infraction that cost him 20 points midseason and he lost the Cup by less than 20 points at year's end. He races clean which is more than I can say for a lot of them out there too.
