honestly to tell you the truth i have no idea if ne thing got moved around when they changed the thermostat... they didnt really get into ne detail about it... but my car is still reading that its "over heating" but from what my friends step dad is saying its not so im not sure if i really should just ignore it or what... but everybody is saying that nuttin is wrong with my car so i guess im just going to ignore it for now... until my engine ceases up on me haha and in regrads to the ZX2 its kinda weird tho bc my AC for sum reason wasnt working the other day when i went to turn it on... my parents were saying that mebbe the seals had broken or that i had a freon leak which i wasnt sure of either of them but then the next day i had my step dad look at it... all he did was wiggle a few wires and i turned on the switch and it worked again haha im not sure what happened but i guess during the winter its best to turn it on a few times just so its not sitting there...

You might compare the belt routing with the underhood diagram just to make sure. As far as the ac goes, the compressor is set to come on any time the defroster is turned on, so you dont need to turn it on any during the colder months, it just sounds like the wires for the compressor clutch were loose.

well that is good to know because everybody is telling me you HAVE to run your AC during the winter or it wont work... so now i know that had nothing to do with it... but thank God its working because i was not about to go through 90 degree weather with just the windows down haha
