Does anyone know if there is a fuse or relay for the odometer/speedometer on the 1994 F350 7.3L Turbo? I started the truck the other day and when the truck wouldnt shift into OD going down the road the over drive lite on the shifter started blinking then I noticed the odometer was blank and the speedometer wasnt working either. My manuel doesnt seem to cover the fuses or relays for a deisel.

Thanks guys.

i am not sure if that vehicle gets it speed readings from the wheel speed sensor, or a transmission output speed sensor, but it sounds like you may have a trans sensor/ trans computer issue if it is not shifting properly and you are having issues with the speedo, but since the speedo is usually run by the tranny, i think you have related issues..i would have it looked at by a trans specialist or the dealership...

Thanks for the info Patrick, Supposedly There is a fuse under the dash for the speed control it's a 15 amp. Even though I pulled all the fuses and checked them with a volt meter (I ohmed them out) it said all fuses were good. I took the truck to the Ford Dealer and they did a pin point analysis. They said the speed control fuse was bad. It cost me $91.34 for a fuse basically, But I just had the coil pack changed in the tranny for the same problem at the same dealer, that cost me $750.00. So my opinion is they didn't do something right the first time and had to fix it, then decided to charge me a little more money.I could be wrong though. But it does work now.

Thanks for the advice though.
