Does anyone know how to remove/bypass this on a manual trans. car?

You could clip the speed sensor but your speedometer won't work,  or install switch in line so that you can turn off your speed sensor, and then turn it back on afterwards, but i suppose you want to know how fast you are w/o the limiter
