I have a 98 Ranger XLT 4.0 4X4 Automatic, and I would like to know if anyone else has this problem. When I pull the truck into Drive and press on the gas, I feel the transmission "stutter" or "slip" just for an instant. I am not sure if it is the tranny slipping or what, but that is what it feels like. The truck has 94k miles on it. Other than this problem the truck shifts great once you are moving. Any questions, please ask. Thanks for any info.
