I'm looking at stabbing a Chevy 350 with a t350 trany into a 1975 Ford Ranchero.
how hard might this be? is it possable? will it work? has it been done before?
if you have any answers please let me know.

I had a friend do that many years back so yes you can do it but why? I know that ford parts are typically higher than the chevy counter parts but I personnally don't think that its worth all the work!

Personally I think that would be a damn shame but it wouldn't be hard to do. Your main problem is going to be getting the driveline angle right when you build your motor/ tranny mounts.

No doubt. By the time you make up all the stuff to put it in you could have built the motor.
