New to me 89 Ranger: Hazards work, but no turn signals.
I did replace the flasher relay in the fuse panel All other lights are working. There is no relay clicking with the turn signals.

I don’t have an owners manual. What goes in the empty slots in the fuse panel?

The turn signal flasher is separate from fuse block if I remember right. In my 88 ranger it was uderneath knee bolster under steering column. Pull the flasher out you just replaced and see if you no longer have hazard flasher?

With the flasher relay removed on the fuse panel the hazards still flash.

are you sure you have the correct flasher? There are many flashers and some look the same but are different and wont work, if in doubt call dealer or a good part store.

On my 89 I am thinking I have an intermittent electrical problem. Thanksgiving morning it would not start to come home from the grocery store. It was getting spark but fuel was not pumping in the line. While the fuel filter was off I was going to replace it on Friday in the parking lot. Friday before replacing the filter the line started pumping fuel. It could be related to my turn indicator lights they are intermittent now they work when they feel like it.
