where is the windshield washer pump on a 199 taurus wagon? Ours freezes up in cold weather when you need it badly here in th egrat white(brown slushy) north.

Sorry, I don't know the correct answer, but on my Z's the pump is attached underneath the windshield washer reservior. Have you checked there?

Also, windshield washer fluid is sold with various freezing points. If your fluid is freezing, are you using the appropriate temperature-rated fluid for your cold weather environment?

MB is correct..
