Does anyone have info on this head casting?
I have heard in the past that these are not easy to find and are the Police and Taxi head castings from 1969.
I have two sets of these, and would like to identify the combustion chamber volume before putting them into use.
The Cylinder Head ID chart that i have is like all others i have found and does not include this "Rare" part.
Any info would be a great help.
Thanks

A couple of pictures - top, bottom and side could help me ID them. Basically they're '69 and for Fairlane, Torino, etc. (which were known cop cars). You have a 6049 (which is a finished part number for all heads) and it is likely an early version -"A". Engine size may be listed under where the valve cover would sit.
