i have a 93 flareside with alot of miles on it and all my friends have decently fast cars and needless to say my trucks not to fast and is being fixed from a wreck right now. my question is once i get my truck back would it be a waste of money to modify my truck and make it faster or should i just make it look cooler?

its a 302, i would do both but it already has a decent system in it and i dont have alot of the money stuff so it has to be one or the other
