How do you change the angle of the windshield washer sprayers? I have my passenger's side spraying way too high. Thanks.

The spray heads are in a fixed position/angle (or should be) mounted within the cowl panel sections.. Does it seem to have less volume or concentration of spray?

Those that are adjustable (which many are not) may be adjusted by putting a blunt pin in the end and moving it where it need to go. If not adjustable dirt clogging it may be removed by gently taking a sharp pin and working it in a circular motion a couple of times to loosen any dirt.
