I have every intention of doing it and have to do it. I refuse to pay the $600 quoted to me for a gasket replacement. Its pretty easy getting things out of the way if this isn't an OHC engine. If they quoted you $600 and let say that is only laber then at $70 an hour thats about 8.5 hrs. Use sandwich bags to keep nuts and bults together with the part they come from. Label wires if you're not sure you are going to remember where they go. And set the engine a TDC (#1 cyl. top dead center). good luck (in reply to dpbrowne) Post #: 4
