I have a 2002 diesel. It will start and go in gear but won't accelerate. You step on the pedal and nothing. Also, the guages don't work or the lights when they are in the automatic mode.

Any idea what would cause that fuse to blow?

Your welcome..

Could be a few things, and usually a fuse has a reason for popping ;) Could be the cluster itself, possibly the peddle position sensor control/circuit, or the OD cancel button/circuit.. There's a few other components on that fuse as well.. I've heard on ocassion of the OD cancel button wiring under the column covers at the base of the selector 'scrubbing' the insulation off as the shift lever drags the wiring and can short the circuit blowing the fuse.. You might want to pay attention as to 'when' the fuse pops if it does again, and if the shift selector has been moved as a first step..

Let me know if it blows again....
