the radio and interior lights dont work and the keyless entry wont work. also, to lock the doors the car has to be turned on. Checked the fuses and nothing is blown. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Was it raining during your trip? Older Escapes have an issue with water getting in under the forward driver door post and the water goes right into the accessories fuse pannel on the driver side kick panel. and can effect multiple electrical accessories. Open the panel and take a look. if it is wet or corroded then a cleaning or replacemetn may be necessary.

I have had this issue in the past  in the lower kick pannel on the driver side this a fuse block door. open this door if there is a fuse block there replace the entire fuse block. They had a problem with these and they removed the fuse block although kept the same kick pannel. ht enewer models do not have a fuse block mounter here. You have body control module directly above the fuse block the problem is your fuses is not blown although there is no power output to the BCM. The internal circuit board in the fuse block has a open that can not be repaired.  This BCM controls the radio, the exterior and interior lights while the key is not on, if you incert the key and put it to the run position and the door locks work the problem is deffinatly the fuse block.
