i have changed the 2 switches on the intake, the fan still isnt coming on. yhe fan has 3 wires when i jump them only the ground and one of the other two wires make it spin ? is it bad? or is there a relay i cant find any help will be apreciated

The PCM and CCRM are in control of the fan/speed depending on inputs...

Here's a schematic for circuit/function clarity..

it may be a two speed fan, the low speed or the high speed relay is working only
