Power Doors and Liftgate - 7/24/2007 2:53:58 PM    smokey   Posts: 2 Score: 0 Joined: 6/18/2007 Status: offline 2005 Freestar Limited wouldn't start this morning.  Jumped it and took it to have  battery tested and it was gone.  Replaced it but now the power doors and power liftgate don't work from the keyfob or the overhead console.  Work fine from the door switches or handles.  Keep reading about a Gem module, could this be the problem and can anyone diagnose besides Ford dealer.  Just got done having  transmission completely overhauled.
