as some may have helped me with my prob of losing my transmition fluid no leak.... I finaly decieded it would be good idea to rebuild it and it could use a FULL rebuild anyways so I'm taking it out and I can't figure out what to do..... I have the book*hanyes* but it doesn't seem to help much....
Well I can't figure out how to do it I believe I should take out the bolts conecting it trany to engine *did that almost all out then take off the driveshaft and drop it down.
My worry as happend to my camaro is that I started to drop it took off driveshaft first and it cracked my distributor broke off and RUINED MY MOTOR It was a Chevy and 2.8 but it the point.....

Help muchly apreciated!

By the way I have 4.0 Rwd A4LD-18 bolt tranyfluid pan *what it was under at autozone not A4LD*

You will need to support the rear of the engine prior to final removal. The old trick was to run a board from frame rail to frame rail to support it. If it is a front wheel drive Windstar, good luck, you lift the body off the front subframe to do any major overhaul work.....................
