hey does anyone know where i can buy spring bump stops for an 88 mustang i just redid my suspension and it still suckks

First - did you add a rear sway bar? You should if you didn't. Bump stops (axle snubbers) can usually be found in any salvage yard cheap. But you might want jacking blocks - the metal cubes that jam between the spring coils. This still won't cure sway (momentum causing body roll in cornering).
