I need help just recently i was going at it with a toyota celica and i had him up until my car decided to stop at 110 or 113 how can i stop this from happening it was horrible to be in front and then just have him pass me because of this please help

Look at a programmer. You should be able to picK up ~10HP on a 93 Tune, improve the trans shifts(auto) and remove or extend top speed limiters. What you have? 4 or 6cyl? Auto or 5spd?
Look around and see whats availabe and what each programmer allows you to adjust. After the programmer put a drop-in K&N filter in and enlarge the opening on the filter housing, that should be noticalble, and a K&N  cost ~$40.

i have a 4cyl 5 speed. I'm already looking to buy a steeda cold air that i saw at their website.
